Privacy Policy

The pre-register process and ID scan are use for the purposes of security.  The only information required for the registration process is: Name, Contact Number, (and email).  And upon entry, ID will be verified against the ticket issued name. 

Permission (upon ticket pick and/or registration) will be requested prior to distributing e-mail announcements pertaining to the Event for a period of 1-month prior and following the event and for the purpose of promoting upcoming Brass Fan Entertainment Events. 

ID Scanned information will be systematically retained for a period of 1-month following the event.  This allows sufficient time for guests to register an incident.  After the 1-month period, the information is destroyed. 

If a compliant warrants, information will be only given to authorized authority such as the Local Law Authorities.



Brass Fan Entertainment practices are in accordance to Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA); below is an excerpt of section 8 of the PIPA.

Implicit consent

8(3) An organization may collect, use or disclose personal information about an individual for specified purposes if  

(a) the organization provides the individual with a notice, in a form the individual can reasonably be considered to understand, that it intends to collect, use or disclose the individual's personal information for those purposes,  

(b) the organization gives the individual a reasonable opportunity to decline within a reasonable time to have his or her personal information collected, used or disclosed for those purposes,  

(c) the individual does not decline, within the time allowed under paragraph (b), the proposed collection, use or disclosure, and   

(d) the collection, use or disclosure of personal information is reasonable having regard to the sensitivity of the personal information in the circumstances.
